Doctore AI – Pro Plan Subscription Agreement

By subscribing to Doctore AI Pro Plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your subscription.

1. Service Provided

By subscribing to Doctore AI Pro Plan, you receive access to AI-powered betting insights, advanced analytics, and related features as described on our website.

2. Fees and Trial

• Subscription fee: €99/month (inclusive of VAT where applicable).
• A 7-day free trial is provided for first-time subscribers.
• You will not be charged until the trial ends. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your first monthly payment will be processed automatically.

3. Renewal and Cancellation

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled.
• You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods. If you cancel during a trial, no charges will be made.

5. Use of Service

Doctore AI provides betting analysis and data. We do not guarantee specific results or profits. All betting involves risk, and users remain solely responsible for their betting decisions.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms, including but not limited to abuse of the service, reselling data, or fraudulent activity.

7. Liability

Doctore AI is not liable for losses incurred through use of our service. The platform provides information for entertainment and educational purposes only.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the European Union and applicable local jurisdictions where our services are provided.
